Terms of Use
1. The service
Quem Não Me Segue is a free tool run by Antônio C. Morais, in Brazil. It reads the official export of your Instagram data on your device and organizes your followers and following lists. The site is supported by Google ads. By using the tool, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Your data
Your file is read only on your device and is not sent to any server. We never ask for your Instagram password. The screens that show your lists have no ads. What is stored in your browser, cookies and ads are explained in the Privacy Policy.
3. Responsible use
- Only use data from your own account or from accounts you manage with permission.
- The lists show other people's usernames. Use them only to organize your account. Don't publish or sell these lists, and don't use them to expose or harass anyone.
- The tool doesn’t unfollow anyone for you. Every action on Instagram is done by you, in the app, following Instagram's rules. Unfollowing many people at once can trigger temporary blocks; see the guide to avoid getting blocked.
4. Independence
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. No warranties
Profile classification and linking chats to an @ are automatic and can be wrong. Double-check before making decisions. The result shows your account as it was on the day the file was generated. Instagram may change the export format at any time, and the tool may stop reading the file until it is updated. The service is provided as is and may change or end at any time.
6. Responsibility
You decide what to do with your account based on the lists. We are not responsible for blocks, restrictions or losses caused by actions taken on Instagram, or for backup files or exports you share with other people. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
7. Site content
The texts, guides, illustrations, videos and the Quem Não Me Segue brand belong to the site's owner. Feel free to share the links. To copy or republish the content, ask for permission.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top will be updated. Important changes will also be announced in the tool.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. This does not take away the protections that the consumer laws of your country give you.
